Terms and Conditions

Exclusions
  • Privileges are not valid for gift vouchers, magazine, nett-price & discounted items.
  • Privileges are valid only upon presentation of your privilege card to the cashier before payment.
  • Unless otherwise stated, the card cannot be used in conjunction with other cards, on discounted items or during selected promotions.
  • The privileges, terms and conditions may be amended or withdrawn without prior notice at the sole discretion of Awareness Enterprise Pte Ltd.
Non-Transferability

The Awareness Place Privilege Card is intended for individual and/or personal use and is strictly non-transferable. Members must produce identification as and when required.

Discretion

The Awareness Place Privilege Card is issued by and remains the property of Awareness Enterprise Pte Ltd. Awareness Place reserves the right, without prior notice, to decline the issue, re-issue, renewal or replacement of a membership card and to suspend or terminate the right to use the card.

Lost or Damaged Cards

Please notify the Membership Department immediately. For replacement of card, please email to members@awarenessplace.com. A Replacement Fee of $8 is chargeable.

Cessation of Usage of NRIC

  • Why can’t I use my NRIC number to enjoy members’ privileges?
    This is in compliance with Personal Data Protection Commission Singapore (PDPC)’s advisory guidelines on NRIC numbers. With effect from 1 August 2019, it is required to present your Awareness Place Privilege Card to enjoy member privileges.
    If you did not bring your Awareness Place Privilege Card but want to enjoy the member discount, you will need to indicate your Name and Date of Birth on a slip so that the Retail Staff can verify your information from the system.
  • Why can’t I use my mobile number or email address as a form of membership verification?
    Your mobile number and email address is not available at the Retail Outlet for verification. This is to ensure that we keep as little of your personal information as possible at the Retail Outlet.
